On November 28, 1979 the Company Aeroejecutivos was originally founded to provide and serve charter flights of multinational Companies, especially petroleum companies.

In 1995 the changing process of the company to an FBO began with the construction of a passenger terminal, becoming the first private company in the country to provide a terminal for the attention of executive flights. The terminal has VIP rooms, customs and immigration facilities, dispatch capabilities meeting rooms and excellent location at the airport.

That same year the company started operations at the Olaya Herrera Airport in the city of Medellin with private hangar facilities and offices.

In 1997 Central Charter de Colombia officially started the FBO service, receiving and handling national and international flights arriving in Bogotá and providing handling services anywhere else in the country.

On the very same year the company was authorized by Cessna Aircraft as an exclusive sales representative of Cessna Citation jets in Colombia.

In 1999 the company was certified by Cessna as a Service Station in Colombia to provide maintenance service for the Citation line, up to the C-560 aircraft

In September 2003, Central Charter started operations at the Alfonso Bonilla Aragon Airport in the city of Cali with a hangar, VIP rooms and offices.


In March 2004, the new main facilities were inaugurated in Bogotá.
